A speaker at numerous events over the years, David has run both internal and external training workshops on software skills, intranet development, digital strategy and writing for the web. He is a pragmatic, real-world practitioner with an intuitive business and analytical mind.

Currently working on developing processes and methodologies to use language and behavioural triggers to automate online audience segmentation. Delivering improved ROI, by increasing conversion rates from websites, e-newsletters and e-mail campaigns.
