Women now account for over 60% of the “purchasing power” in the US. Add on top of that the influence that women have on all key family/household decisions… What house to buy? What car to buy? Where will we go on holiday this year?

If you’re one of the few people left on the planet that still watch TV adverts you’ll have noticed that some companies have finally grasped the concept – but it’s only a few and they’re not always targeting this new power base in the right way.
